Hiking the Iceline in Banff

 
 

I always go back to nature, both literally and in my work. Monotype printmaking is my favorite because it is so organic--no pun intended. It allows for direct drawing, layering, experimentation and alteration of imagery. It is often the basis for my multi-media installations where visual, aural, and tactile representations of forests, water, and the creatures that inhabit them come together.
